SUMMARY:Guided Forest Bathing Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing morning in nature with Justin Ferko of Wild Spirit Paths. Justin will lead us through a guided sensory meditation walk along one of the quiet\, serene trails at Detweiler Park. The guided walk will focus on engaging your senses and becoming more aware of your surroundings. Tea and light refreshments will be available at the end of the walk. Meet at the trailhead kiosk.\nPre-registration required. Space is limited. \nFunding for this project was made possible through the Penn State Health Community Relations Grant Program.
