DESCRIPTION:Join the Astronomical Society of Harrisburg for an evening of stargazing at Detweiler Park. The evening will begin with a short 0.3-mile walk along variable terrain to the open fields. Weather permitting\, local astronomers will be on hand to show you night sky objects using their telescopes. Bring your binoculars to help find Saturn\, Pleiades\, the Andromeda Galaxy\, and a handful\nof other star clusters. \nMeet at the trailhead kiosk. A red light and walking sticks are highly encouraged if available to help navigate trails in the dark.\nSpace is limited. Pre-registration required.
